David Mcconnell debuts his latest combination of music composition and visual art through the alteration of eclectic music boxes. McConnell uses "found" and previously owned music boxes for the base of his new installations by reconstructing the mechanism into a musical composition of his own. Once the sound portion of the piece has been finished, he reworks the outside of the music box with paint and other found objects. This is the preview of an ongoing project for McConnell. Only 4-6 of the music boxes will be made available at this time. Recent works on paper and canvas will also be on display
